News | Does the Family Justice Review address fathers' rights?
The Family Justice Review, led by former civil servant and businessman David Norgrove has received a lot of publicity recently. Mr Norgrove said that the state of the family courts was 'shocking' and that disputes take 'far too long' to resolve.

However, a group of campaigners for fathers’ rights, Fathers 4 Justice is not so happy, saying that the review does not properly address the issue of shared parenting.
