News | Are employers to have a duty to produce a healthy workforce?

Employers are being encouraged to help employees become more healthy in a new government initiative - Public Health Responsibility Deal. Many large organisations have joined forces with the Department of Health to look at ways in which businesses can get involved and make voluntary pledges to work place and industry health.
