Home Information Packs (HIPs)
From the 14th December 2007 a HIP is required for any property placed on the market.
Being one of the oldest established solicitor firms in Sheffield, with many years experience in helping clients buy and sell property, Watson Esam have been preparing HIP Packs since their introduction efficiently and at a competitive price.
Free HIP Pack
If we prepare the HIP for you and subsequently act in your sale, we are able to prepare the HIP for you free of charge. This would mean that you will only pay the expenses incurred in preparation of your HIP (i.e. Searches and Energy Performance Certificate).
