The new firm, which will remain in the historic square, will combine the experience of two well respected and established practices. By consolidating their highly regarded family and private client teams the new enterprise will provide added value to clients of both firms. The merged firm will be based at 4-12 Paradise Square and also has offices in Saltergate, Chesterfield.
Watson Esam partner Jay Bhayani will be pursuing her ambition to create a niche employment law practice elsewhere. She says in support "I am delighted that this progressive merger is taking place which I believe will be of great benefit to the two firms and their clients.”
